Running...
Wheew...i finally went for a run today. after a long stagnant halt to my running regime...i decided to pick up my lazy butt (tt is not litearal ok...if not it wld have been quite funny...hahaha!) n go run. wanted to run at least 3K, but then i got a very bad stich as then run was abt to end. couldn't bear wif the pain, i decided to do as much as i could with the 22mins tt i was allocated by the treadmill machine. i was totally drained out even as i went on a small shopping spree after the run. right now, my knee is a tad bit sore. i might have pushed myself abit too hard after a long lul period.
Went shopping to try to find a nice red top to wear for NDP (eventhough i already have a few)...juz being vain. but i decided to buy non. decided to improvise n still look good on tt day. i am very thankful to be born n bred in S'pore. Happy Birthday Singapore!
