And to think that i am still single...
i was at a FNM at the YWAM base at perth when this incident happened. as not many singaporeans pass by this place, so whenever i hear someone introducing themselves as a singaporean, i just wanna go n say hi.
So it happened last friday that i heard someone introducing himself as a singaporean, i thought that he was that friend who gave me so many tips about what to bring and what to expect for DTS, tt added to my excitement to meet him. Because he was seated at the other end of the room i had to wait till the meeting ended, then i went up to him to say hi. at close range, he didn't seem as tall as i thought he would be and he doesn't look like that friend who gave me tips. but since i was there...in all singaporean friendliness, i went u to him n said hi. but after a while i was at a lost at what else to add into the conversation. i must say that i was really glad tt the potato chips came in to save the day for me.
so i was about to leave when he suggested that we exchange numbers. As i was using a pre paid card, i had to scroll through a whole load of sms b4 i could find my number. and i was verbally saying this to him when he replied, "It's more important that you have my number."....WHAT!!!!!! i was seriously freaked out. i gave him a miss call and ended the conversation quickly and thank God that my number will expire when i am in south africa...Yes! :) Amen!
